At R&R, we use the Sweet Peas program for children ages 6 months to 5 years, designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development. Focusing on age-appropriate gymnastics activities, Sweet Peas fosters coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility, while encouraging social skills like listening, following instructions, and teamwork. With a curriculum that blends gymnastics with brain development, children build essential skills like color recognition, counting, and spatial awareness in a fun, supportive environment.
